The Basic Airfield Electrical Workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to learn the basics of establishing an electrically safe airfield. This workshop will be conducted by AVCON, INC. and will be held on-site at Orlando Sanford International Airport with opportunity to practice and see basic airfield electrical scenarios hands-on. This full day workshop will cover the hazards to avoid electrical shock, how to select the appropriate PPE, airfield lighting circuit basics and troubleshooting of airfield lighting circuit issues. Participants will experience a field demonstration to ensure the application of the contents of the course.
Lunch will be provided by Allen Enterprises.
